We charge flat fees rather than the standard hourly retainer rate that many attorneys charge. We tailor our practice to handle mostly bankruptcy and Social Security claims. Our consultations are free and our fees are typically lower than many other attorneys.

• If you qualify for a simple chapter 7 bankruptcy filing, our fees are always a flat rate of $750.00 plus court and required costs of approximately $400.00.
• If we file your social security disability claim there is no upfront costs for the client and there will never be fee charged unless the client recovers money that is owed to them.
• We do not charge our clients for phone calls or email questions.
• Initial consultations are always free of charge.
